In order to support important system upgrades, aiming to improve patient experience, all new donor reservations will be temporarily paused from 8am Thursday 5 June to 8am Thursday 12 June.
During this time, you will still be able to:
- Browse and shortlist donors
- Continue your treatment – if you’re currently in cycle with an existing donor reservation
- Re-reserve your donor – if you were to complete a current cycle and wish to start a new cycle in this time
The ability to reserve a new donor will reopen as normal from 8am on Thursday 12 June.
